Accounts

Bookings and payment

  • When you start checkout we hold the selected time for the period stated on the booking page. If payment is not completed in that time, the hold is released.
  • If a payment completes after a hold was released and the time is no longer available, we refund the payment in full.

Cancellations, changes, and no-shows

The cancellation, refund, and no-show terms shown before you paid, and saved with your booking, apply. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy and No-Show Policy.

Using the facility

Acceptable use of the website
